4. What are the main categories of cosmetics in my country?

Cosmetics are divided into special cosmetics and ordinary cosmetics. The state implements registration management for special cosmetics and record management for ordinary cosmetics.
5. What are special cosmetics?
According to the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics", cosmetics used for hair dyeing, perming, freckle whitening, sun protection, and anti-hair loss, as well as cosmetics that claim new effects are special cosmetics.
For the cosmetics that have been registered for hair growth, hair removal, beauty milk, bodybuilding, and deodorization before the implementation of this Regulation, a transition period of 5 years will be established from the date of implementation of this Regulation. During the transition period, production, import, and sales can continue. The transition period The cosmetics shall not be produced, imported or sold after the expiry date.
6. What are ordinary cosmetics?
According to the "Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics", cosmetics other than special cosmetics are ordinary cosmetics.
7. What should be included in the cosmetics label?
According to the "Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics", cosmetics labels should indicate the following:
(1) Product name, special cosmetics registration certificate number;
(2) The name and address of the registrant, recorder, and entrusted production enterprise;
(3) Number of cosmetics production license;
(4) The standard number of the product implementation;
(5) All ingredients;
(6) Net content;
(7) Use period, method of use and necessary safety warnings;
(8) Other content that should be marked in laws, administrative regulations and mandatory national standards
