First, ensure that the materials used must be safe and environmentally friendly:
All materials should have certain chemical stability, cannot interact with the products they contain, and are not prone to discoloration and fading when exposed to light. The new product development packaging material is green and environmentally friendly, and the compatibility with the material body is tested at high and low temperature to ensure that the material body will not deteriorate, delaminate, change color and become thinner; for example: mask cloth, air cushion sponge, bottle with special gradient process, etc. .
Second, the inspection standards of different packaging materials:
1. Inner plug
Structure: No protrusions that could cause injury to users, no misalignment of threads, and flat bottom.
Impurities (internal): There are no impurities in the bottle that would seriously contaminate the product. (hair, insects, etc.).
Impurities (external): No impurities (dust, oil, etc.) that may contaminate the product.
Printing and content: correct, complete and clear, the script is consistent with the standard sample.
Air bubbles: no obvious air bubbles, ≤3 air bubbles within 0.5mm in diameter.
Structure and assembly: functional, cooperates well with the cover and other components, the gap is less than or equal to 1mm, and there is no leakage.
Size: ±2mm within limits
Weight: ±2% within the limit
Color, appearance, material: conform to the standard.
2. Plastic bottles
The bottle body should be stable, the surface is smooth, the thickness of the bottle wall is basically uniform, there is no obvious scar, deformation, and there should be no cold explosion and crack. The mouth of the bottle should be straight and smooth, without burrs (burrs), and the matching structure of the thread and bayonet should be intact and correct. The cooperation between the bottle and the cap should be tight, there is no slippage, looseness, and no leakage. The inside and outside of the bottle should be clean.
